Sandy Beach Night Flash

Posted on by zak_noyle | 1 Comment »

I decided to go to Sandy Beach yesterday evening just before sunset to shoot with my flash water housing.  I ended up getting some good crazy colors due to the crazy pink/orange sunset.  With any of my pictures if you see something you like it can be ordered by contacting me on my website at : www.zaknoyle.com. Thanks. Enjoy. _mg_3904.jpg  Amazing colors come threw the wave… _mg_3933.jpg  Just black out a big white tunnel…. _mg_4002.jpg _mg_4013.jpg

High Surf Warning on the North Shore

Hawaii saw some very large surf here on the North Shore of Oahu this past week.  I showed up at the boat harbor at 6 a.m. with my Jet Ski.  Kalani came shortly after to drive my ski for me while I shot.  At first light we left the harbor, it was a perfect morning with no wind and very few clouds in the sky and 12-18 foot waves( Hawaiian Stlye so over 30 foot faces).  We first went to Waimea bay to shoot some of the paddle in surfers doing there thing.  We went back to the harbor after 3 hours and reloaded a new memory card and went out to Avalanches outside Haleiwa.  A few tow in teams were out there and the water was all green so we did not stay long, here are a few shots, more to come soon as the weather and wind cleans up the next few days.-Zak Waimea bay-_mg_2893.jpg   Waimea Bay does barrel when it gets big…. _mg_3002.jpg everyone whos anyone and thinks they are was out. _mg_3011.jpg   _mg_3036.jpg  Outside Haleiwa, Avalanches- _mg_3105.jpg  _mg_3138.jpg _mg_3188.jpg _mg_3201.jpg
